These terms apply to the use of this website and to services provided by Freedom Land Management, LLC (“Freedom Land Management,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a limited liability company based in Burns, Tennessee.
The content on this site is provided for general information about our services and service area. Project photos, descriptions, and service explanations reflect past and typical work but do not represent a guarantee of specific results on any particular property, because conditions vary from one site to the next.
We may update, change, or remove content on this site at any time without notice.
Estimates are provided free of charge. Because the cost of clearing, mulching, excavation, and demolition work depends on factors like growth density, terrain, acreage, site access, how much material stays on site, and travel distance, we do not provide fixed pricing on this website.
Any figure discussed before a property has been evaluated is a rough range, not a quote. A quote becomes valid once the property has been reviewed and the scope of work has been agreed on. Changes to the scope after work has been quoted may change the price, and we will discuss any change with you before proceeding.
Freedom Land Management provides land clearing, forestry mulching, excavation and site preparation, and demolition services. We focus on residential and smaller-scale projects, including subcontract work for contractors and builders. Larger-scale projects that fall outside the scope of work we take on will be declined, and we will say so directly rather than accepting a job we are not set up to handle.
Services are provided within approximately 60 miles of Burns, Tennessee. Availability outside that radius is evaluated case by case.
Project timelines are estimates, not guarantees. Weather, ground conditions, equipment availability, and the pace of other active jobs can affect scheduling. If your project needs to be rescheduled, we will notify you and work with you on a new date.
Property owners are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the work site, identifying property boundaries, and disclosing known hazards or underground utilities on the property before work begins. Where required, utility locating should be completed prior to any excavation work.
We ask that you inform us of anything on the property you want left in place — specific trees, structures, fence lines, markers, or similar — before work starts, so it can be marked and included in the agreed scope.
Payment is accepted by cash or check. Payment terms for each project are agreed on directly with the customer as part of the quote.
Requirements for permits and approvals vary by county, municipality, and project type. Any permitting requirements applicable to your project should be discussed and agreed on in advance as part of the project scope.
